Project Lazarus is recognized as a tax-exempt organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Contributions are tax-deductible to the fullest extent permitted by law. Our Employer Identification Number (EIN) is available upon request.

Our programs, financial activities, and fundraising efforts are overseen by a governing board and managed with the highest standards of care and responsibility.
Financial information, including our annual reports and IRS Form 990 filings, is available to the public upon request or through appropriate public databases. We believe transparency strengthens trust and ensures our supporters, partners, and community members can see how resources are used to advance our mission.
Project Lazarus does not share, sell, or trade donor information. Personal information provided to us is used solely for organizational purposes, in accordance with our privacy practices and applicable laws.
