Susanne B. Dietzel, Ph.D., Executive Director
The Executive Director is responsible for all aspects of the day-to-day management and long-term planning for Project Lazarus. She supervises the executive and administrative staff, implements the vision of a supportive Board in moving the organization forward, prepares and oversees the annual budget, and represents the organization to donors, grantors, and the community at large.

Hamilton Cerrone, LPC, Clinical Director
Hamilton oversees our clinical programs and supervises our clinical team of 8 Case Managers and Direct Support Professionals. She works with participants on mental health and recovery, including substance use disorders, trauma, and mental illnesses. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor and brings experience with a variety of settings and populations, including residential treatment, intensive outpatient treatment of dual diagnosis clients, and individual therapy dealing with trauma, various mental health concerns, and cognitive struggles.

Chantel Hunter, PLPC, Lead Case Manager
Chantel Hunter specializes in medical case management, health education, and housing case management. She brings more than 18 years of experience as a client advocate and mental health professional.

Robyn Moffett, Administrative and Finance Coordinator
Robyn’s responsibilities include administrative support for all programs as well compliance and reporting for our federal and state grants. During her free time, she is a professional recording artist who performs both nationally and internationally as a singer-songwriter.

Hope Davis, Case Manager and Resident Care Coordinator
The Resident Care Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day activities involving all aspects of personal care of our residents, including medication management and housing case management. Ms. Hope also supervises and trains our Direct Support Personnel, works with our nutritionist to develop weekly menus, and ensures that our residential facilities are in working order.

Olivia “Liv” Ferrick, Grants and Development Manager
Liv is responsible for fundraising, grant writing, and donor relations, as well as planning our major annual events. She manages our social media accounts and works with our volunteers.

Carol Oliver, Facilities Manager
The Facilities Manager manages and maintains Project Lazarus’s extensive infrastructure, ensuring that the historic buildings are maintained and kept in good repair. She provides basic maintenance, coordinates repairs, and, as a Master Gardener, delights in the upkeep of our beautiful grounds, gardens, ponds, and sitting areas.
